Updated Budget Ready for Review and Vote
The PTO board met on Oct. 1, 2020 to discuss amendments to the 2020-2021 budget. The original budget approved by the membership allowed us to begin operations for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2020. Now that we have a better idea of how the school year may look and what financial requests are being made, we would like to make a more solid budget.

Current PTO members will be sent an email for voting.
PTO Open Positions: Submissions Due Oct. 16
Elections for PTO Executive Officers will be held virtually on Nov. 4 at 6 p.m. To run for a vacant position, or to vote you must be a PTO member in good standing (paid dues for the 2020-2021 school year). If you are interested in running for a vacant position (president, vice president of membership & volunteers, or treasurer) contact Jennifer Gibson, Nominations Committee, by Friday, Oct. 16 at email@example.com, and include a bio and why you would like to run for that position (in 250 words or less).
We also have committee positions available. These positions are appointed by the PTO Board of Directors. To find out more information about the election process or duties of the board according to our bylaws, click here. To see a list of the entire board including committees, click here.

Communications Scavenger Hunt
The PTO hosted a communications scavenger hunt as a way to get to know all the ways the PTO communicates with you. Thank you all who participated in the challenge! The winner of the hunt who found all 4 code words on Facebook, the PTO website, Twitter, and the Weekly Wrap up, and was selected at random (via random.org) is Catherine Ballek! The Ballek family won a $35 gift certificate to Vocelli Pizza! We hope you enjoy dinner on us!
